When is the booking confirmed?
A request stays pending until the Campy Yallaa team validates it.
How does the deposit work?
It is the sum of the deposits of the equipment and packs you book. The amount is fixed in your booking when it is validated, then refunded on return after the equipment has been checked.
Can I change my rental?
Yes. From your customer account, send a request to extend, swap, change the time slot or cancel.
