1. General information
Campy Yallaa strives to build the world's largest camping and outdoor community, which is based on protecting the privacy of every community member. This means we will protect the personal data of all visitors who access our websites or services via a mobile application, platform, or device.

All references to “We” or “Us” in this Privacy Policy mean the operator of the Website, campy-yallaa.tn carrying out its activity under the name of CAMPY YALLAA, and all references to “user” or “visitor” designate any Customer or Hosting Provider (hereinafter defined) of the Website and, where applicable, any person occasionally browsing it.
Please note that each time a visitor accesses the Website, they are bound by the Privacy Policy in effect at that time, and they should review the Privacy Policy upon each subsequent access. Any use of the Website by a visitor constitutes acceptance by the visitor of this Privacy Policy and, in the event of non-acceptance of any aspect of this Privacy Policy, the sole recourse is unfortunately to discontinue use of the Website and our services.
2. Collection of information
We receive, store and process information that visitors provide to us when they make a reservation, or that users provide when they register as an accommodation provider (“ OVH "). To book a campsite or optional extras with an Accommodation Provider via the Website, we ask the customer (the "Customer") to provide us with some or all of the following information, depending on the Accommodation Provider:

E-mail address
Date of birth
Full name
Passport number (for certain Accommodation Providers only)
Phone number
To process a Customer's booking on the Website, we request credit card information to process the payment of a deposit and management fees (management fees are applicable to certain campsites only, and are paid directly to the campsite in question). We do not store credit card information.
In order for the Customer to make another payment, for part or all of the booking and/or any optional extras, the Accommodation Provider may contact the Customer directly (or vice versa) to arrange payment of the balance. In the absence of such contact, the said balance will be paid on the day of the Customer's arrival at the campsite.
3. Processing of personal data for minors
The Website is a service reserved for users over 16 years of age. We only process information relating to children with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, or when the information is provided to us by said parents or legal guardians.
If you believe that one of your children under the age of 16 has provided personal data, please contact us at contact@campy-yallaa.tn for this data to be deleted.
4. Use of personal data
As part of our service, we need to exchange information between Accommodation Providers and Guests so that each party knows all the details of the booking.
We may use personal data in the following cases:
We use personal data about Customers to make and administer an online booking, and this information will be made available to the Accommodation Provider in a secure manner.
To administer the accounts of Hosting Providers.
To contact Customers to complete questionnaires relating to the service they have used.
To send documents relating to reservations.
To provide personalized offers on the Website, on mobile applications or on third-party websites.
To answer and manage questions and requests regarding accommodation and optional extras.
5. Sharing of information
Apart from sharing personal data about Customers with a Hosting Provider, we may share a visitor's personal data with:
Competent authorities, including government authorities or investigative services, if we are required to do so by law.
Third-party service providers who provide services or functions on our behalf, including business analytics, customer service, marketing, research, or survey distribution. We may also allow such third-party service providers to collect information on our behalf or to manage features of the Website or provide online advertising tailored to a user's interests.
Business partners who offer or advertise optional products or services on the Website. The name of any business partner involved in such products or services will be clearly displayed on the Website. If a Customer accesses these optional products or services, we may share information about the Customer, including personal data, with the relevant business partners. Please note that we have no control over the privacy practices of these business partners, so Customers are encouraged to refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant business partner's own website.
Third-party websites that refer visitors to us and to which we refer visitors, the information in question may include the personal data mentioned in section 2 above. Please read the privacy policies and terms and conditions of such third-party websites.
External credit card processing companies to process payments for the Website.
Other users of the Website, regarding content posted on the Website, including opinions, comments, suggestions, ideas, questions or other information.
Campy Yallaa will ensure that it has the necessary legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data. Our main reason for collecting personal data is to perform the contract with our Customers, i.e., to ensure that we can complete your online booking.
6. Choice and withdrawal
A visitor may choose to receive marketing information relating to the Website and its services. When a visitor chooses to receive marketing information, we may use their personal data in the following circumstances:
To send information regarding similar products and services in the travel field.
To send regular newsletters by email;
to contact him to complete questionnaires and participate in market research;
Additionally, when a visitor has opted in to receive marketing communications relating to the Website, we may contact them by mail, telephone, SMS and email regarding promotions, discounts and events.

A customer can make this request by sending an email to contact@campy-yallaa.tn, with the subject line "Interruption of the processing of personal data", specifying the email account that allows us to identify them.
Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by us prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal data carried out in reliance on legitimate processing grounds other than consent. As a customer, you may complain to a data supervisory authority about our collection and use of your personal data.

7. Use of mobile devices
We use a mobile-optimized version of the Website. This mobile version processes personal data in a similar way to the Website and may also allow the use of location services to find nearby accommodation.

We follow appropriate security procedures to prevent unauthorized access and misuse of personal data. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel in the course of their work. We protect information using physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. However, the transfer of information via the internet is never completely secure, and we accept no liability for the interception of data sent over the internet.
9. Access to personal data
Any Customer may request a copy of the personal data we hold by sending an email to contact@campy-yallaa.tn, with the subject line “Send me my personal data”, specifying the email account that will allow us to identify them.
10. Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small amount of data that a website places on a computer so that it can recognize a browser when a website user returns to the same site.
