At Campy Yallaa, we do our best to prepare your equipment in optimal conditions. To guarantee quality service for everyone, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the rental: full refund of sums paid.
Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the rental: refund of 50 % of the amount paid.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the rental or absence on the day of collection: no refund will be issued.
Early return of equipment: no refund will be given for unused days.
In the event of adverse weather conditions or exceptional circumstances, Campy Yallaa reserves the right to offer a postponement of the reservation, subject to availability.
For any cancellation or modification requests, please contact us as soon as possible.

* The renter is responsible for the equipment for the entire duration of the rental.
* The equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and with care.
* The renter is responsible for the proper use, storage and transport of the equipment.
* The equipment must be returned clean, dry (if applicable), complete and on the agreed date and time.
* Dismantling and drying the tent is strongly recommended before returning it if it has been used in the rain.
* Any loss, breakage, damage or absence of an accessory may result in a deduction from the security deposit and, if necessary, additional repair or replacement costs.
* In case of late return, additional fees may apply.
* It is forbidden to sublet or lend the equipment to a third party without the prior agreement of Campy Yallaa.
* The tenant is advised to check the condition of the equipment upon delivery and to report any anomalies immediately.
* By confirming the reservation, the tenant acknowledges having read and accepted all of Campy Yallaa's rental conditions.
