This morning, I woke up with a realization: I've never been camping in a tent. I've already traveled by backpack, in a van, hitchhiked, but I've never had an adventure in a tent. It's decided: I have to live this experience that even my grandparents talk about. The good weather is starting to arrive, our next weekend is free, all I have to do is pick up my phone to take some other friends on this micro-adventure: the more the merrier, right?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/p>\n

SOME TIPS BEFORE YOU SLIP INTO YOUR SLEEPING BAG<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To sleep comfortably in your sleeping bag and have nights as restful as in a real bed, here are some tips to follow before turning off the light!

\u2013 Dress simply. Usually, one layer of clothing is enough. \u00a0

\u2013 Warm your extremities by wearing a hat, gloves, socks, or using hand warmers if necessary. A hot water bottle can be used as a hot water bottle (if there is no risk of it accidentally opening, of course!)

\u2013 Did you know that 70% of consumed energy is transformed into heat? By contracting your muscles, you can create a nice source of heat before falling asleep!

\u2013 You can also use a sleeping bag liner, ideally silk, to optimize the heat inside your bag

\u2013 And to find the same comfort as at home, don\u2019t forget a little pillow!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
